Who is Eligible?

  • Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) as proof of military status
  • Spouses must provide Military ID and spouse's LES
  • Spouses must present proof of relationship 
  • Gold Star Family status documentation supporting status
  • Approved Credit through HFS.
