Model Highlight: The 2025 Honda Civic & Civic Hybrids

The 2025 Honda Civic, now in its 11th generation, continues to be the best-selling vehicle in the world since its debut in 1972. Available in sedan, hatchback, and a new efficient hybrid version, the 2025 Civic offers a blend of practicality, performance, and modern technology that appeals to a wide range of drivers.

What’s New for 2025

For 2025, the Honda Civic introduces a new hybrid powertrain, replacing the top EX and Touring trims with the Sport Hybrid and Sport Touring trims. This new hybrid system features a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine paired with Honda’s two-motor hybrid system, delivering a combined 200 hp and 232 lb-ft of torque. Additionally, the 2025 model sees updated grille and front-end styling, and a new Google-based infotainment system in the top trim.

Design & Styling

The 2025 Civic maintains its sleek and sporty design, with subtle updates to the front grille and bumper for a more modern look. Both the sedan and hatchback models offer a refined exterior with sharp lines and a bold stance. The hybrid models feature unique badging and design elements to distinguish them from their gasoline counterparts.

Interior Comfort/Features

Inside, the Civic offers a spacious and upscale cabin with high-quality materials and a user-friendly layout. Standard features include a digital instrument cluster, a touchscreen infotainment system, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The hybrid models add active noise cancellation and quieter, more fuel-efficient tires, enhancing the overall driving experience.

Performance and Efficiency

The 2025 Civic offers a range of powertrains to suit different driving preferences. The standard gasoline models come with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 158 hp and 138 lb-ft of torque, while the turbocharged 1.5-liter engine delivers 180 hp and 177 lb-ft of torque. The new hybrid powertrain, available in both sedan and hatchback body styles, provides a combined 200 hp and 232 lb-ft of torque, with an impressive fuel efficiency of 50/47/49 mpg city/highway/combined.

Safety and Driver-Assist Technology

Honda continues to prioritize safety with the 2025 Civic, which comes standard with Honda Sensing® suite of driver-assist technologies. This includes adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and collision mitigation braking system. The hybrid models also benefit from additional safety features such as a rearview camera with dynamic guidelines and blind-spot monitoring.

Trim Levels and Starting MSRPs

The 2025 Honda Civic is available in several trim levels to cater to different needs and budgets. The base LX trim starts at approximately $24,250*, while the Sport trim begins at around $26,250*. The new Sport Hybrid and Sport Touring Hybrid trims are priced higher, reflecting their advanced powertrains and additional features, with the Sport Hybrid starting at about $28,750* and the Sport Touring Hybrid at around $31,750*.

Overall, the 2025 Honda Civic continues to set the benchmark in the compact car segment, offering a compelling mix of style, performance, and efficiency across its various trims and powertrains making it America's best selling sedan for years and years.

Be honest about your needs, and they will take care of you. Dev’n went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met, including removal of add-ons, and refinanced without being pushy or evasive. He also made certain that everything about the new vehicle financing was well understood/not hiding anything. Also, Dawlton is an awesomely low key salesman who will let the customer discover what they want, and doesn’t get in the way. Overall, Honda of Greeley is operating with transparency, and is a most honest and caring dealership..”

Post-Summer Services: Keep Your Car in Top Shape After Summer Road Trips

Summer road trips can be a blast, but they can also take a toll on your vehicle. As we transition into fall, it’s the perfect time to give your car some extra attention. Here are a few key services to consider after a season of long drives and hot weather.

Check for Tire Wear

After racking up miles on summer road trips, your tires may show signs of uneven wear. Inspect the tread for any bald spots or uneven patterns, and consider a tire rotation to extend their lifespan. Don’t forget to check tire pressure, which can fluctuate with changing temperatures.

Inspect Your Brakes

Heavy summer driving, especially if you’ve tackled mountain roads or dealt with stop-and-go traffic, can put a lot of strain on your brakes. Post-trip is the perfect time for a brake inspection. Make sure your pads, rotors, and fluid are all in good condition to ensure safe driving.

Fluid Level Check

After long trips and summer heat, your vehicle’s fluids, such as oil, coolant, and transmission fluid, could be low or need a change. Ensuring these fluids are topped off and clean will help maintain engine performance and prevent potential damage as we head into fall.

Battery Maintenance

Hot summer temperatures can drain a car’s battery faster than expected. Now is the time to check its health, clean off any corrosion, and ensure it has a strong charge so it’s ready to handle the colder months ahead.

HVAC System Inspection

Your car’s heating and cooling system worked hard to keep you cool all summer. Before the weather changes, have your HVAC system checked, including the heater, defrost function, and cabin air filters, so you’ll be prepared for fall and winter.

Wash and Protect the Exterior

Summer road trips expose your car to road grime, bug splatter, and UV damage. A thorough wash and wax will not only restore your car’s shine but also protect the paint and underbody from long-term damage.

After a busy summer, these post-road trip services will ensure your car is ready for fall drives and any upcoming adventures. Schedule your appointment at Honda of Greeley and keep your vehicle running smoothly!
