New 2017 Honda Ridgeline Improved All-Around, Says Kelley Blue Book®

June 1st, 2016 by

Kelley Blue Book® (KBB) just finished reviewing the all-new 2017 Honda Ridgeline and one might think the Honda truck has been voted “most improved player” for this year. KBB calls the Ridgeline a great choice for anyone who prefers driving an SUV but needs the capabilities of a truck bed.

In terms of its truck credentials, the 2017 Ridgeline can tow 5,000 pounds and carry 1,584 pounds of payload. It’s powered by 3.5-liter V6 that produces 280 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. Fuel efficiency is EPA-rate at 18 city, 25 highway and 21 combined.*

The Ridgeline is based on the same platform as Honda’s Pilot, giving it similar ride quality and comfort that you’d find in Honda’s flagship SUV. Steering is accurate and the truck corners and responds to driver input on par with the best crossovers.
