Greetings Honda Customers!

At Honda of Greeley we’d like to keep you “in the know” with our first Honda of Greeley Newsletter! In each quarterly edition we’ll introduce you to our employees, old and new, give you quick links to specials and add in a little Honda news we think you’ll want to know about like awards and model updates. If there is anything else you would like us to include, just send us a note with this form! We love hearing from our customers and providing the information and services you need and want.

As summer gets in to full swing, we are gearing up with new vehicles arriving off the trucks daily. To prepare for the busy summer months, we ordered Hondas with the trim and colors we know our customer like so we’re ready when you are for your next New or Used Honda.

Thank you for allowing us to serve you and the Northern Colorado Community with vehicle services.

Ryan’s Service Tips

1200 × 900

Each newsletter Ryan McManus, Our Service & Parts Director will share service tips and information to help you keep your Honda in tip-top shape. Since our first newsletter is for summer Ryan thought a Summer Service Checklist would be a good start to help you get your vehicle summer-fun ready!

Change your oil

We recommend an oil change about every 4.500 top 6,500 miles. The beginning of a new season is an ideal time to change the oil to ensure your engine is well lubricated and no unnecessary heat is being produced as a result of insufficient lubrication between engine parts.

Check the coolant

Coolant/Antifreeze should generally be changed every 90,000 miles. Make sure this fluid is in good condition to prevent overheating.

Test the battery

It’s always a good idea to test your battery to make sure it’s holding a charge and that all connections are free of debris and intact. We will do this for free anytime you stop in to Honda of Greeley Service.

Check the A/C

Insure the air conditioning system is charged and ready with no leaks

Inspect tires & tire pressure/Tire Rotation

Driving on hot summer roads can increase the amount of wear and tear on your tires. We’ll inspect your tires and rotate them if needed. We usually include a tire rotation with an oil change so check our specials below!

Check belts and hoses

Check/Replace wiper blades

Check your wiper blades and change if necessary

Inspect the brakes

Check brakes to ensure you vehicle’s braking ability is up to safety guidelines

Consider a vehicle detail

The hot summer months can bring out odors in your vehicle’s interior you may not have known were even there. Our vehicle detail includes shampooing and deodorizing the seating area, floor/carpet and headliner to get your vehicle clean and shiny top to bottom!
